Digital Products & No Returns

All products sold on our website are entirely digital (eBooks) and are delivered instantly after purchase.

According to EU Consumer Rights Directive (Article 16, point m), and applicable Bulgarian law (Article 57, point 13 of the Consumer Protection Act), the right of withdrawal does not apply once the digital content has been delivered with your prior consent.

No Refunds

Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds once the product has been delivered, except in the case of:

• a technical failure in delivery, and
• inability to restore access within a reasonable timeframe.
